Hello aspirant,
Both has the best career opportunities.
Find out where your aptitude/skills lie and which type of career will really make you happy.
However, to give you some insight, you should ONLY go for Engineering IF you are VERY Good at Maths, and target a Top-200 Engg college ( IITs/NITs/IIITs and/or other top colleges ).
For Paramedical, you will require PCB as your core subjects, so if you feel that this will be more in tune with your aptitudes and interests, then you may choose this.
All the best!
