Hi Kevin

I believe you are asking about the NEET eligibility criteria regarding the minimum marks required in the qualifying examination to be eligible for the entrance exam. As per the NEET eligibility criteria,

You are required to score at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in aggregate in the qualifying examination if belonging to UR category. For reserved category candidates, it is 40%.
You are also required to pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually in the qualifying examination.
