What is the required percentage in 12th class for taking the admission for B.Arch...??

dear student,

Its simple, crack the JEE and get into it. your 12th grade marks were also included in addition to the JEE score and based on the average between your marks in 12th grade and JEE score you would admission if your final score made it to the cut. Last I heard that practice was discontinued. So ya, crack JEE first.
