If a candidate appear for more than one session then the best of all sessions the sessions will be considered. Suppose that you have scored 92 percentile in February session and 95 Percentile in May session then the percentile scored in May session will be considered for admission.
JEE Main entrance examination is conducted in different shifts so the marks scored by the candidates in the entrance exam will be normalized. The overall normalized score is calculated using the formula
Total Percentile (T1P)=(Number of candidates appeared from the session with raw score equal or less than T1 score/ Total number of candidates appeared in the session )*100
