Jahangir, ideally you need to mention the date that photograph was taken. You mention your Date of Birth while filling in the application form and that takes care of that field. The date that is mentioned on the photograph is only to identify how recent this photograph is so that during the checking on the Exam day, there are no security issues that you have to go through.
