Physical education is consider in top 20 percentile subjects or not plz tell me?

No it is not. Physical education is not considered in for the criteria of top 20 percentile. The percentage of other subjects P,C,M, English and CS/Em/Electronics is taken, and then it's checked if the percentage you get lies in the top 20 percentile range.

Well, according to the rule, PCM, a language, and an extra course should be considered, now PE, is a co-curricular and not a an extra subject so PE, is not considered. I really can't help you with the deeper reasons.
