As you've mentioned that you've scored 82 percentile in JEE main and assuming you're a general candidate then according to formula
Rank=(100-percentile)*8690.10
You rank is around 1,56,420-1,56,500. At this rank you won't get any college unless and untill you have a quota. You need to try to give more examinations like BITSAT, UPTU, VITEEE.

To estimate candidates rank we can use the formula (100-your percentile)x number of students appearing in JEE mains (869010)/100
Thus by that formula estimated rank will be around 150k with that rank it's very difficult to get in to top NITs but you can try the average or NIT in your home state, if the candidates are in general category, if candidates are of ST,SC or OBC Category then they can try for NITs, You can look into state colleges.
