Placement are good in nit pondicherry or puducherry engineering college
Being a National institute ofcourse it has better placement records compared to many colleges but if you compare it with tge top reputed nits then definitely theres a lot difference in placement scenario . But you should be relax for your placement
in every nits placement are good even nit Pondicherry has good alumni network.

The placement of NIT Puducherry
Placements are quite good but the average package is low and the placement percentage is around 80%. Seniors had a good average package. The companies visited include Mphasis, L&T Infra, IBM, Inatech, GreatWest and many other companies. Students were offered with roles of GET, associate software engineer and senior software engineer.
The placement of Puducherry Engineering College
More than 50 companies visited our campus during the placement drive last year. Around 70% of students registered for training and placement program got offer letters. The maximum salary was around 10 lakhs per annum and the minimum was 3 lakhs per annum.

NIT 'S of course has good placements and according to nit ranking nit puducherry stands on the top.This college has great placements where a student who got placed with minimum salary is 8 lacs per annum.

They have a training and placement centre where students are nurtured to face any condition. Irrespective of the department there exists a wide exposure with companies.
As of this year (2019), 51 companies visited the college, and there were 373 offers for 314 students. The highest package offered was 10 Lacs per annum, and the average CTC was 4 Lacs per annum. The banking sector has also offered placements.
