- Job roles: Radiographer, X-ray Technologist, CT Technologist, MRI Technologist, Medical Imaging Technologist and Mammography Technologist.
- Employers: Hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical colleges, research organisations and medical-equipment companies.
- Starting salary: Typically around rupees 2.5–5 LPA, depending on skills, employer and experience.
- Growth: Learning CT/MRI, advanced imaging, and radiation-safety practices can improve career opportunities.
Overall can say that, I would consider the placement scope good, but the college's hospital tie-ups, internship quality and actual placement record are more important than the course name alone.
