    Hello Abhiram!

    Yes partial supplementary is considered in IITs and NITs. Let's suppose you fail in Mathematics and you have cleared it in the next consecutive year then IITs and NITs will not have much trouble with this. The trouble for you will be the arrangement of documents. The colleges will ask for lots of documents and details. Be prepared!
