If you look at https://www.srcc.edu/academics/admissions/past-cut-offs-0 for previous years cut offs, 97.37% has been the cut off for General Category. But again cut offs change every year and so you might have a chance with 97%. Might not be in the 1st or 2nd rounds but you might have a chance.
