Well I am not sure about what exactly your query is but if you want some information regarding the seventh round of JOSAA then here goes.

The results for 7th round of JOSAA will be announced on July 19, 2019 at 5 pm on the JOSAA website. So if a candidate wants to withdraw from JOSAA counselling then 6th round is the last round to do so. After that if you withdraw then your fees of Rs 35000 will not be refunded.

For IITs this is the last round because there is no provision of any special round for them.
