Hi Altaf ,NEET is the medical entrance examination for admission to medical and dental courses. It has replaced the state-level examinations. However, institutes like All india institute of medical sciences and Jawaharlal Institute Postgraduate Medical Education and Research conducts their own entrance exams namely AIIMS UG/PG and JIPMER UG/PG respectively. And PGI chandigarh conducts their own entrance exam only for PG admission, hope this helps, Good luck
