Please give the procedure of admission of other state students not having domicile of west bengal in jalpaiguri govt.engineering college

There are very limited seats for the students who don't have a citizenship of west Bengal hence the cutoff is much higher as compared to the cutoff of local students. You just need to give your domicile certificate in the institute with other required documents
