Hello Rashid,
Let me state at the beginning that there most of the reputed colleges offer admission based on entrance exams only. For example, participating institutes of JEE Main offer admission on the basis of JEE Main scores, while a Manipal may consider the scores of MET scores.
Those colleges that offer admission solely on the basis of 10+2 scores are generally not considered to be good enough, leave aside a few instances like - TNEA admisison is based on 10+2 scores.
