Hello,
MCA stands for Master in Computer Applications which is a 3 years degree course which you can pursue after Bachelors degree.
If you are preparing for JEE, you can get admission in either engineering or architecture courses and doing MCA after B.tech is a waste of time.
Either go for BCA after 12th and then you can do MCA. Or if you are so interested in Computers and technology then you can also do Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or IT (Information Technology) as a B.tech degree.

Hello Aspirant,
JEE examination is only for admission in B.Tech and B.Arch.
And MCA is a Master's degree. JEE only provides admission to Bachelor's degree. After completing your B.Tech you can pursue MCA.
