There is no such method to convert your crl into your obc rank as you crl rank directly depends upon the number of people sitting in the exam and the number of candidates who have secured more marks than you but your obc rank depends upon number of people sitting in the exam from your category and the number of people in your category who have secured more marks than you hence there is no direct relation between the two ranks you mentioned.
On the other hand, your OBC rank would be your rank among the candidates of that category only (OBC).
