Hello,
Careers360 app comes with few notification alerts to keep you updated about latest happenings and also notification regarding any follow subscriptions.
If you feel you don't need this, then you can go to "courses" section in the menu in the app and click unfollow if you have any extra subscriptions.
Alternatively, you can also go to settings>notifications on your phone to disable all notifications of the app.
For mails, you can click the "unsubscribe" option written beside the sender's address.
Sorry, as of now, there is no option to delete the Careers360 account.
