The minimum requirement for pursuing Construction Project Management; for that matter any academic subject in the USA is an overall score of at least 6.5, and no modules (Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking) below 6.0 band.

It is advisable that you appear for the IELTS test once again and try obtaining 6.5/7 band to get into a reputed institution.
