Yeah, definitely there is negative marking in single and multi correct answers and comprehension questions.
But there is no negative marking in the integer type and sometimes there is no negative marking in comprehension questions.
Basically, the paper is divided into three sections maths, physics, and chemistry. In each
subject the paper is divided into three section.
In paper 1: Single correct, Multi correct and comprehension questions.
In paper 2: Multi correct, Integer type, comprehension questions.
These patterns may be reversed or may be changed.
Well it varies every year as patrern and total marks of paper 1 and paper 2 changes every year.
According to previous years questions analysis of jee advanced the patter can be as for example:-
+4,-2
+3,-1
+4,0
+3,0
