please tell me about upsc and ssc

Without no doubt, anyone can say that UPSC Civil Services is tougher than SSC CGL.
A person who isexcellentin english and mathematics can even clear SSC CGL exam with 2-3 months preparation.
But i have never come across the profile of any person who has cleared UPSC CSE in just 56 month preparation.
Also if you will clear SSC CGL it takes 1520 year to become Grade A officer((like IRS, IFS) after 2 promotions , which posts you will get when you clear UPSC CSE.
UPSC CSE is exam with lowest success rate, so you can decide which exam is more tougher.
The tougher the exam, higher are the rewards.

It would be nice if you could tell me what exactly do you want to know about UPSC and SSC. UPSC primarily stands for Union Public Sevice Commission which conducts the various competitive exams. Meanwhile, SSC which stands for short service Commision is related to certain exams which are conducted for recruitment of candidates for a shorter duration.
