Ravi since there are not specified books which are ment for scoring of good marks. Inorder to be in that range you need to be an all-rounder for which you need to go through with the every books because not a single book contains all the contents. So I would recommend you to go with the books of the various domains like ;

So I would recommend you to go with the books of the various domains like ;
- Physics : HCV , Arihant , CENGAGE and various mock test
- Chemistry : NCERT , OP TANDON , P W Atkins
- Mathematics : RD Sharma , SL Looney , Hall and Knight book form the Algebra section is faar better and various mock test.
- Lastly, do not forget to do the previous 10 years IIT-JEE papers such that it will help you to understand the whole scenario of IIT-JEE entrance exam.
