Please tell me how is ip college for women in eca and conducting events and fests

Indraprastha college for women is very good and reputed for all its courses. As a part of co-curricular activities they conduct fest around 3-4 timeas an year in which they often call clebrities to perfom. So in regard of both the aspects it's a pretty good college to be in.
