It is Not possible to tell You the Exact marks and if Someone is telling You then he is lying, Because the Maximum marks for JEE Advanced is Not fixed and it changes every year, also there is a lot of variation in the difficulty level of the exams so even it is not possible to Predict the percentage required.

You can only check the Previous Years cutoff Rank, Perhaps which You knows. You need to get rank within Top 10 to get into Top IITs with CSE.
