Hey pranav,
You have much time for your cat 2019 preparation so i will suggest you to start from the basic of each chapter and try to understand the concept of each topic. After completing the basics follow a standard book for preparation like Books by Arun sharma and some coaching institute study materials. Try to solve as many questions as possible from each chapters.
The cat exam is generally held in last week of November. This year it was on 25 November. You have to register for it through online no documents are required to submit at time of form filling. You just have to enter your personal and academic details.

hello pranav,
The only thing you need to start MBA course is you have to write "CAT " entrance exam.
based on the exam marks, you will be getting in to the course.
The CAT 2019 exam date and registration notification are expected to release by july last week.
CAT exam is conducted by IIM KOZHIKODE.
exam is completely online based and date of exam is on NOVEMBER 24 (tentative).
