Please tell me there is any effect on jaypee seat matrix due to increment in the seats from budget of 2019

the cutoff any University slighty varies each year.

but Jaypee is a top college.so I don't think that the cutoff will decrease.

even there is a chance to increase.

What do you mean by budget 2019? Jaypee is a private  university.There is no relation between these two's.
