Hello Vishal Kumar,
Since you took your certificate from Government of NCT Delhi, it will be accepted for JAC Counselling.
Please check with the validity of the certificates because there will be strict rules on the validity of category certifications during the time of Counselling.

But my state obc certificate is issued by Bihar govt. and central obc certificate is issued by Delhi govt. Will it create any problem?
