Just for GATE go for Dr. swadesh kumar singh book published by made easy that book is much more than sufficient for GATE Purpose. This book has good combination of numericals and theory particularly related to Manufacturing Engineering with focus on GATE.
As Manufacturing is not a subject its a science so one should be very careful about what to read and what not to read.
For Industrial ENgineering go for O P Khanna.
And these two video series are very helpful.
