The aggregate marks requirement is applicable in case of admission, once you qualify in JEE Main. The criteria of qualifying exam marks for SC, ST candidates is either 65% aggregate marks in class 12th/equivalent exam or the candidates should be in the top 20 percentile of their respective class 12th board.
Secondly, JEE Main cutoff for SC was 32 last year, while the cutoff for ST was 29 last year. There are no particular ranks for SC, ST for JEE Main, as the opening and closing rank varies for different B.Tech branches and different engineering institutes as per their categories. So, if you can tell us which engineering branch, at which college are you looking for, we can tell you the exact rank for SC, ST for JEE Main.
