Hi,
To become a teacher of 12th class ,i.e. higher secondary class the minimum educational qualification are -
Post graduation in the relevant subject.
B.Ed or its equivalent degree.
There is a slightly different procedure for private college to hire teacher than the government college. Some take examination and then interview. While some colleges directly call for interview.
For vacancies the adverticement are usually released on newspaper paper.
