Plz help me with the best state level or private colleges for candidates having 40-60 percentile in JEE MAINS 2019. I am from Bihar.

I don't think any college give admission with such percentile in JEE mains.You cannot get any college with this rank.But you can try at some private colleges that have management quota.You can get admission in those private colleges using Management quota.
