Last date to fill the application form is 25th March, 2018.

Below are the steps to fill the application form

Step 1 – Register and enter personal details

Step 2 – Registration confirmation

Step 3 – Editing of form and uploading of photograph and signature

Step 4 – Confirmation of uploaded photograph and signature

Step 5 – Making of payment

Step 6 - Registration process completion confirmation

Step 7 - Print out of acknowledgement page
