Look dont worry for that your problem can be solved, there is no problem in world which cannot be resolved.
During admission in college you will be provided time to submit required caste certificate when you will report for that college alloted to you during councilling. You just need to tell about your problem to the officers / councillor on duty they will tell you what to do for resolving your problem.
Added to this I would suggest you to get ready all your documents before admission.
