each year cutoff score are changing and its varies as per college wise. where percentile score is based on one of the candidates performance in exam with compare to other candidates. so it can not predict now since exams has yet to held. to admission in b.arch course you have to participate in jee main paer 2 exam. you may refer to below article to know about college wise cutoff:
