see there is numerous institute in india. and it is really important for you that you should chosse good colleges and the stream. but my point of view, please decide first fom which state you want to pursue your engineering, then choose the top tier 1 institute of the states. then choose the subjects. because some times after studing in most demanding subjects of engineering, many students remains unplaced due to poor campus placement. i hope you do understand.
