Yes, number of qualified students in JEE advanced is according to reservation policy and candidates are provided general rank along with particular category rank. Selection on various courses is also according to reservation policy.

Reservation for SC category is 15%.and total student qualified in advanced is 18138 & in SC cat.-4709(including pwd).Total seat in iits is 11279according to reservation policy the 15% of 11289 is 1694 .IIT-k qualified 1.6 multiple of available seat in iits so 1694×1.6=2710But why qualified student is more?

Because some students leave seats.
And every qualified candidate will not be offered a seat.
