plzz guys help me i will pased 10 in 2017 but i will not take my tc ,but when i will go to school today they will tell that we will not give you tc because you are too late and says that cbse rule more than 30 months student will no get their tc .

Hello Aman,
You can get your TC from school anytime, there is no time duration for that as per my information and knowledge. Since it has been three years now so your school must have lost it or kept it somewhere in the lower bundles so I suppose that is the reason they must be denying to give it to you otherwise there is no time duration for getting the TC issued from your school.
And if you have taken your TC earlier and lost it now then you have to register an FIR and take a copy of that FIR and give it to school. They will charge you some amount and provide a duplicate TC to you.
