Post Covid do you think the recruiters will take look for more technical skills moving forward people want to work in multiple things not just one skill?

You need to build on trans technical aspects what you define is sub skills and there are plenty of course available, You can take them but you must have certain thresher value of technical capability if you are not doing that, Your job wouldn’t enhance that value so you have to horn that technical skills where you are really confident.

Fundamentally the technical skills are the minimum basic required that is not adequate what you need to do that add to that your sub skills, dimension & your thinking skills that will hook you to employers looking for managerial job or leadership job.

In an Organization lowest 20% of organization is purely technical & functional & rest 40% will largely managerial & conceptional & top 10 & top 5 is totally human skills so you have to modi-come all the three at the base level taking those skills are very critical so you have to hold them deep enough.
