Hello Dear,

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) is a group 'C' cadre position that was created as per the 6th CPC recommendation. Now they are part of group-C service with grade pay of Rs 1800 in the pay-band 5200-20800 (Pay Matrix Level 1). Before 6th pay commission it was group-D service, which now has been abolished.
