Presently I am giving my ISC exam and I want to persue Electrical Engineering so which college should I go?

As you are giving Jee Main, WBJEE & SRM so your priority should be IIT, NIT first and after that state level entrances should be there as there are very good colleges available in West Bengal like Jadhavpur University and lastly SRM main campus you can opt for.
Lastly, you have various options so it is advisable to choose the one as per your eligibility, interest, desired branch and convenience.

One more thing I want to know that whether to choose Genetic engineering or Electrical if I get chance in SRM

You should opt as per your interest but according to me better to go for Electrical.
Actually I saw somewhere in the internet that the income of genetic engineer is more than the electrical that is why I want to be sure which one to choose
