There is not any way or say none of the highest percentile is going to help you getting admission in private institutions / colleges for free. But some Private colleges have Government Quota seats through which one may get into it. Leave the private universities, even government universities can't take admission for free. If you have good percentile then you can be in some renowned institution of the country. Please mention the specific stream for which you are enquiring about. Hope it helps.
