EWS reservation is for those Candidates who belong to General Category and their annual income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum. These Candidates do not have any reservation benefits like those of OBC,SC,ST. So EWS is nothung but a reservation for General Category students. And there is no separate Central and State EWS list. Your local Tehsildar will give you an EWS Certificate and it is valid even at Central level.
