Problem is iam going tu my village maharashtra or iam study in delhi but paper on ipu cet was on 29 April and that time iam in the village?

This should not be a problem. You need to balance both the things. You need to see which one is important for you - your exam of IPU CET or staying at your village. I assume that it must be some thing urgent at your village and that's the reason that you are going there are are concerned about your exam too. What you can also do is stay in your village and keep preparing for IPU CET 2018. But somehow you have to challenge to come for taking IPU CET 2018 at the exam centre alloted to you if you consider it to be very important for yourself.

You can also fill the exam centre prefrences in the application form which is nearest/closest to your village/Maharashtra so that it does not take too long for you to travel long distance and so that you can return back after taking the test to your village at the earliest.
