Generally, Production Engineering is a very rare course and lacks in placements. The same is happening in National Institute of technology, Tiruchirapalli also. But, the faculty is really good since it's a government college and has good reputation also. You can earn good knowledge from the teachers who are mostly Phd holders and many are pursuing as well. The main objective is to score good CGPA and impart knowledge which helps you during placements drives. If you want to go for higher studies, it's the best one as the certificate values a lot. Don't think about the placement and keep learning things. So, on an overall basis, this college is good as usual.
