As till date you had not get your provisional certificate and final year marksheet,  then you can do follow things during tancet counselling which may help you out:-

1.Ask the college athourities to provide digital one so that you can scan them.

2.Show the alloted college your results only through media like photos; and submit an application mentioning that you will provide original certificates within some weeks.

3.Make an affidavit mentioning your issue and submit it to the college.

4.Ask for some extra time.
