This is because,

You have passed from Bihar board and it offers  intermediate.

code 3 says it is for all those who have passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination  with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology should also contain practical exam.
