I believe that you're talking about your percentile in CAT here. Honestly, you probably won't get a call from any good management institute or college at 48 percentile. You can try appearing for other management entrance exams like MAT (conducted four times a year - February, May, September, December), CMAT, NMAT, GMAT etc. Their scores are widely accepted by some really good B-schools in the country.
