Yes, the CLAT eligibility criteria specifies that you need to score a minimum aggregate of atleast 45% marks in your 12th board exams from a recognised board to be eligible. But along with this, you also need to pass Class 12th board exam from your respective board to be eligible. So if you have not passed, then you are not eligible to take CLAT.
