Anuj, it is a good idea to solve the previous years' board exams papers given that the exams are scheduled in a few days. It will give you an idea of the question paper pattern, marking scheme, difficulty level and time management techniques.
Although I would suggest you to solve the recent papers of 2018 and 2019 rather than very old papers as the format of the question paper might have changed since then.
