In order to get selected as a Radiologist, you will have to give Combined Medical Services Examinations, if you want to join in a central government hospital. You can find the form for the same on the UPSC website. Those who clear the exam are called for an interview and a personality test.

You can also join state government hospital as a radiologist, for that you will have to give the state public services examinations. There is also the option of working on contract basis in government hospitals, where the contract is renewed every year.

The best one is to apply for a central government hospital, as things for more streamlined and even the pay grade is better.
